I have been looking for a good task and time management package for months. Nothing was quite right, many simple packages were available, but were unsuitable. The nearest available, suiting my needs was so complex that I gave up using it before the end of the trial. Then I came across Tasks Pro™ - as near perfect as makes no difference. Even better, colleagues on specific projects can access, as can my secretary - and everyone gets emails automatically as a gentle reminder. I now plan my projects in "Merlin (Project Wizards)", transfer the plan to Tasks Pro™ and iCal. I have no doubt that I can now increase my billable time by being far better organised and my colleagues get the reminders they need !
